Real Work Experience

You may work on packing, labeling, sorting, or data entry. Each task builds your confidence step by step.

Personal Support

You get a dedicated Employment Advocate who supports you throughout the program. We guide you at every step.

Our team provides one-on-one coaching and regular feedback. This helps you improve and stay motivated.

This program is for adults who are blind or DeafBlind with developmental disabilities. We design support based on your needs.
